"I have visited this location twice and found it to be an exceptional place to stay. The accommodations are immaculate, up-to-date, and offer a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast is also exceptional. I plan to return soon."

"The hotel decor is simple, but clean. Parking availability is almost all at the back. Not much they can do about it. But there is lots of spaces, just far enough away to make me a bit nervous walking from the car to the doorway. There is no one around. But it was fine. Breakfast is ok. "Called 2 hours after checking out of the hotel, and asked a staff member to retrieve my childs retainer they forgot. Front desk would do nothing but "make a note" for housekeeping. It was sitting in a paper bowl right next to the sink, out in the open. Not covered, not hidden, simple task. Housekeeping just threw it away. Now its costing me $500 to replace them. Yes my ADHD child didn't do as they were told, and that falls on us. But the lack of any proper assistance by the staff is unexcusable....

"Do not stay at Days Inn, Romeoville. My wife and are not complainers. We have gone out of our way, multiple times elsewhere, to compliment staff to their boss and / or ownership about pleasant experiences. This is the first time, unfortunately, our horrendous experience needs to be expressed. Consider the following: 1). First impression: The carpeting on the rolling cart to unload our luggage was very unclean. It seemed like it needed a long awaited-cleaning. 2). No automatic doors to enter from...

"We arrived late so had to wait for the on call staff. While waiting we were approached by several “guests” that were intoxicated. While checking in two other impaired guests entered. We had also observed a group of men along the buildings exterior that were partying. When we arrived in the room it wreaked of pot. We returned downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation. We felt very uncomfortable"

"We could barely breathe when we opened the last door to enter our back annex. It was either a wall of chemicals that had not had any fresh air in decades or really old smoker smell that had years ago permeated every fabric in our room. Super unhealthy. Would not wish that musty smell on anyone!! Ugh."
