"One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in recent memory, and a fabulously deep soaking tub. Even though I booked last minute, check-in was friendly and effortless. A short walk from the parking garage to the building but the route is covered so would have been no problem if the weather was bad, Parking is secure/covered and included in your booking price. "My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member .
