Très bon hôtel très bien situé.
Hotel situé au bord de la rivière, restaurants très agréables aux alentours. Personnel très sympathique. Propreté au top. Près du centre ville.

Les chambre étaient prpopres, Un sèche veux pour tout l’hôtel, Bouilloire sur le palier, avec seulement du café et du lait en poudre. Situé à 1km du centre. Par contre restaurants assez proches... Mais seulement un parle l’anglais à 500m.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Zimmer und Einrichtung lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Kann ich weiter empfehlen.

Very clean and friendly
Very clean and pleasant hotel. A little out of downtown so a bit of a walk, but an easy walk to the bridge into downtown. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are pleasant. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there are some within a short distance. For price and value I would highly recommend this hotel.

Off the main road but that's OK.
This hotel is located a little "off the beaten path", but don't let that deter you from staying here. It was easy to get to, and easy to get out of town in the morning. Plenty of parking and a couple of really good restaurants a very short walk away. Room was sparkling clean and quiet. The only downside to this room was that the bathroom floor was all tile and after showering – especially with soap on it – it was dangerously slippery.

Great Hotel!
I had a great experience. The location of the hotel is good--I was able to walk everywhere that I wanted to go and when I checked out they were able to help me call a taxi at the front desk (as my Thai is still a work in progress). You aren't in the middle of Phitsanulok in terms of stores and restaurants but you are able to walk to them (1-2 km). The room was also much nicer than I was expecting -- it was very clean. I only stayed for two nights but I had no issues with the hotel and it was an overall amazing experience.

No view hotel
Even if its called The Viewpoint, this hotel has no views at all since the rooms are orientated to the sides (other buildings) instead to the river. The room is excellent, even if the shower gets all the bathroom wet. Very good breakfast. The bar across the street is quite nice, good views, but don't expect they speak English.

Nicht die Erste Wahl....
Leider kein englischsprachiger Empfang, dieser auch kaum an unserem Erscheinen interessiert... ob das Bettlaken wirklich frisch war... lassen wir dahingestellt. Zimmereinrichtung sehr kahl und das Badezimmer kein Hingucker... die verstopfte Toilette hat es dann auch nicht herausgerissen. Sonst ein schlichtes Hotel wo man eine Nacht bleiben kann. Würde mir beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Suchen.

Clean, western hotel - bad architect
The hotel is very efficient, clean and a great value. Staff during our stay was friendly, but very limited English. Rooms are very clean, almost sterile. Parking right outside. Restaurants and several bars within short walking distance. However, the architect/developer should be fired. It is a 5 story hotel, with elevator. But that one is always half a floor off. Not sure what the thinking was behind that, but it is a major nuisance if you have a lot of luggage. Also, the toilet is wedged in behind the sink, and the entire bathroom is the shower, so, thanks to the really good water pressure, everything will get wet, toilet paper included...
Elevator in between floors. WHY????

酒店有24小時櫃臺服務，保安不錯，出入酒店需要用讀卡機啪卡。房間非常大而且整潔，每天也有清潔房間，一塵不染，浴室熱水給力及水壓大，每天有支裝水兩支提供，地下有保溫熱水壺可提供熱水，免費自沖咖啡，亦有微波爐方便加熱食物。酒店附近的餐廳及CAFE食物品質好，價錢便宜。如果從火車站步行往酒店需要15分鐘路程，出火車站直走，過了橋之後左轉再走一段路便可看見。

Immaculately clean and quiet
Really appreciate a clean and cheery hotel with plenty of natural light and softer bed comparable to North American standards. Bathroom still looks new with no grout darkened by mold or mildew. Hope it stays that way! Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Right across the street is Buck Town, a chic restaurant with live music and attentive service.

โรงแรมสะอาด อยู่ในเมือง แต่เข้าซอยลึกไปหน่อยค่ะ ตรงกระจกควรมีไฟให้ด้วย ปกติมีแค่ตรงกลางห้อง ควรมีทิชชู่ไว้ให้ในห้องนอนด้วยนะคะ

Clean and simple hotel
Spacious and clean room, but as expected limited services at the hotel. Relatively close to train station and have several decent cafes and restaurants around there.
