Staff was very helpful however our ‘luxury’ accommodation was NOT. Holes in ceiling windows needed to be washed. Cupboards has dead bugs. Really not recommended for cleanest.

그냥 1박만 하려고 큰 기대 없이 예약했는데 너무 마음에 들어서 3박을 더했어요..제일 좋은 것은 강변뷰 방이에요..돈 아끼지 말고 강변뷰 방을 선택하세요..흠이 있다면 가끔 와이파이 속도가 떨어지는 건데 그거 빼고는 가성비 최고인 호텔이에요..

Lage Das Asiban Hotel ist an der Riverside (etwa 154 Strasse-Riverside) gelegen. Ein Gebäude etwa 6 Meter breit eingeklemmt zwischen ähnlichen schmalen Häusern. Schlecht kaum sichtbar und verdeckt von verschiedenen Imbissbuden. Um ins Gebäude zu gelangen muss man sich durch diese Imbissbuden schlagen und den Eingang finden. Die Eingangstüre wird nie abgeschlossen und es gibt keinen Security Officer, Portier oder Angestellten. Ankunf Check in Eine Dame hat mich empfangen -diese Dame sah ich später als sie die Zimmer putzte. Es gibt einen kleinen Tisch der als Rezeption dient. Sie sprach kein englisch aber telefonierte mit Hotels.com und ich bekam die Zimmerschlüssel. Zimmer Zimmer mit Terrasse und Riverfront Aussicht. Perfekt war das. Zimmer renoviert. Wie das ganze Hotel etwas renoviert aber nichts war fertig. 4 Stockwerke aber nur zwei bewohnbar. Es gibt auch Zimmer ohne Fenster die recht gross sind. Klimaanlage neu und leise. Die Hauptstrasse direkt vor dem Haus, daher 24 Stunden Lärm. KEIN warmes Wasser. Fazit Wegen andauerndem Lärm von der Strasse, eher schlechten Sicherheitsbedingungen und leinem warmen Wasser lann ich einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht empfehlen. Als Notlösung für eine Nacht is es jedoch möglich.

私は日本人で、一人旅で3泊4日宿泊しました。こちらのホテルはコストパフォーマンス最高です。 部屋は2階バルコニー付きの大きい部屋で、キングベッド、冷蔵庫、クーラー、シャワー、トイレ、洗面台があります。しかしwifiはありません。 施設は古さがありますが、清潔に整えられています。ホテルに洗濯機はありませんが、すぐ裏の道路にコインランドリーがあり便利でした。5ドルで洗濯＋乾燥(20分)、洗剤は自動投入のため現地の香りになります。 またスタッフのフレンドリーさも良いです。 ホテル周辺ですが、目の前にトンレサップ川が見え、リバーサイドの公園も広く整備され、とてもキレイです。ホテルのすぐ近くには、セブンイレブンもあり、丸亀製麺、スターバックス、ピザ、ドーナツ屋、バーなどが入った複合ビルも完成しています。(グーグルマップでは未反映2023.7月現在)、このビルの屋上のバーからの眺めは最高です。ビールやパスタを楽しんでも15ドルほどでした。 すぐ近くのお寺には1993年に殺害された国連ボランティア選挙管理員の中田厚仁さんや、ジャーナリストの石山幸基さんの慰霊碑があります。また一部の方には有名な猫寺でもあります、猫に会いたい方はぜひ。 悪い点は目の前が大きな道路で、クラクションやエンジン音が大きいこと、隣のビル？からの音楽、カラオケなどが聞こえることです。 総合的には最初の通り、価格、立地、清潔さなど含めコストパフォーマンス最高です。また一人でプノンパンに行くときは宿泊したいと思います。

Mye nattestøy!

Frytelig bråk fra Nitro bar vegg i vegg. De hadde fest til kl 04:50 den ene natten og til 03:00 den neste. Jeg klaget til baren og til htellet, men bareieren gav blaffen. Safen på rommet var defekt, og ble ikke repararert som lovet. Døren manglet håndtak innvendig. De øverste oppbevaringsskapene var støvete og låsene helt rustne og med spindelsvev. Det var en rekke merker på de hvite veggene, og mye tyder på manglende vedlikehold etter en relativt moderne oppussing. Senga var hard, som alle andre senger i Kambodsja. Pent og rent sengetøy.

I didn't even end up staying there. I didn't realize that they had check-in only available until 11pm. My flight landed at 10:30pm. By the time you go through all the COVID crap and the immigration line and getting your bags I realized I would not make it before 11pm. I attempted to call them numerous times and message them via the Expedia app and they completely ignored me. When I had a layover in Seoul I tried calling. They didn't speak English so they hung up on me. I contacted Expedia and asked them to cancel but said it was non-refundable. They said they would cancel for me if I wanted and I said only if I don't get charged. I want my refund. Low and behold, I did not get a refund so this hotel took my money for nothing due to their poor customer service and now Expedia cannot be bothered to issue me a refund of $48. Ridiculous. I will never use Expedia again for ANYTHING.

Desk attendant knew nothing had to call the night attendant who was out getting something to eat making us wait, there are no chairs or tables nothing to sit down in the lobby. Frustrating and tired having to wait after a long travel. Our room was nice ac did not work well and stopped working I called the desk attendant who reset the circuit breaker and said every hour this needed to be done. The tv remote had no batteries had to call for replacements then 11:44pm while we were sleeping someone knocked on the door repeatedly I called the desk again and was told they needed to spray the room for mosquitoes and came to spray. 11:55pm another knocking on the door repeatedly I again called the desk and was told they needed to spray again for mosquitoes I told them that there wasn't any mosquitoes to begin with and to stop knocking on the door we were trying to sleep.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel seems old, not like in the picture. The air conditioning didn’t work well. There was not hot water . The refrigerator in the room was had a terrible smell and there was humidity on the walls.

リバービューの部屋からの眺めはとても良いです。部屋の清潔感、広さも満足できます。 ただし、シャワーはお湯が出ません。また、洗面所の設備も故障していて歯を磨いたりする際、苦労しました。

Friendly staff and very willing to help (but it took one and a half days to get laundry done). The hotel and room is fine. Cheap and cheerful but I would have liked at least one window in my room. I comment later that the area around the hotel was dirty but this is the case for any hotel in the city due to the city's prevalent economic conditions

For the price it was fine. It's close to everything. We were on the first floor and had a balcony. Hard bed but nothing to complain about. Nice hot shower but water pressure wasn't that great. Aircon was nice and cold. The only downfall was the smell of cigarettes coming through the room sometimes, from where I am not sure, maybe the aircon. There is quite a lot of noise from the street at night. Would I stay here again, probably.

L’hotel est très bien placé avec un excellent rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont propre avec prestations de qualité. A noter : Certaines chambres sont sans fenêtre et le ménage est fait le matin avant 10h30, si vous libérez votre chambre plus tard, il faudra attendre le lendemain pour qu’elle soit nettoyé.

Not as it seems. Bad air con and mosquitoes!

Hotel looks nothing like the photos! He furniture and condition of the room was drastically different. There were a lot of mosquitoes and the air con didn’t work well. The door to the balcony didn’t close right and allowed mosquitoes to enter. Please update your photos so people know what they are walking into

Great view and but bad bed!

We had the 3rd floor family room and loved the big room size with kitchenette. Mostly clean with the exception of some major dust in some areas. Bathroom and shower quite good. The sliding balcony door lock was broken but had a bike lock in it's place that needed a separate key to unlock...slightly annoying. The biggest negative to this room was the bed. One of the most uncomfortable we have ever tried to sleep in... very hard. Pillows were also hard. Just awful. Beyond that, it was double hard to sleep with the loud bass music coming from the bar next door and some type of small creature running randomly in the ceiling. No elevator here either... so if you don't want to climb a lot of stairs, don't get a high floor. On a positive note, there is a perfect view of the Tonle Sap river from the balcony and lots to see and do in the immediate area... location for tourism is very good. The staff was always helpful and pleasant.

Nice place. Decent location.

Decent location with many restaurants close by. However there was many of the TukTuk drivers outside that wanted to sell us marihuana every time we walked by. They did stop when we said no, but I must say it was quite annoying. The hotel had nice rooms, and had very polite and helpful staff.

terrible nongoing construction in adjacent buildin

hotel offers agreeable rooms and service in itself, no complains so far, but when i entered the room i found an non dated letter of the management informing the guests of ongoing construction, starting every day (!) from 0600 to 1900 in the evening. No warning had been given when checking in. True to the letter the next morning right on the other side of the wall of my room terrible noise started, at around 0600. Sounded like the wall would come down on me any minute. I checked out and found a very nice quiet hotel some 100 meters on the riverfront where i rented a suite for only 50 USD. Jaya inn cannot be recommended as long as this construction goes on. When leaving the hotel i saw the halfway erected new building on the other side of the hotel myself.
