The building may have been nice 30 years ago. There was no food available inside or nearby. There was an unplugged drink cooler in the lobby full of room temperature drinks. The lobby was 93F when I arrived. The rugs were stained in my room. The bed seemed clean and the air con worked. There used to be a sink in the all in one bathroom. The bathroom was visibly dirty. There was a new toilet with grout smeared across the original tiles. The only mirror was above the spot where the sink used to be. There were 2 shower heads, 1 connected to an insta-water heater that worked fine, 1 connected to tap water. The later head sprayed water everywhere but where it was pointed. Check-in was non-existent. I arrived, told the woman I had already paid and was brought to my room. I had to ask for a key. I was given 2 bottles of water from the drink cooler at room temperature. There were 3 smaller bottles of water on the coffee table in my room that had gone bad and broke their seals. There was no coffee maker in the room or lobby. It was listed as having airport shuttle service. It did not and I was told at the airport that none of the hotels had shuttle service. Not sure if that was true or not. The lack of any visible shuttles makes me think it was true. I had to pay $15 usd for a 2-3km ride to this place and another $15 usd back to the airport. For $17 usd I think it was over priced and am not sure how this property ended up on Travelocity.

Dear Derrick, Thanks for your review! Sorry to hear this bad experiences with us. we can improve it better. My staff put you in the normal room which was a big mistakes and we do have a better room for our booking guests ( we apologize for this). There is a free drop off provide by our guesthouse once the customer asked for because some guests have their own transport. The pick up from airport to our guesthouse is only 1.5km if you just get out of the airport and ask outside which should be only 2 to 3 US dollars but if you ask for the airport shuttle they will charge 10 to 15 that’s why the communication with us is important.

This is a beautiful and friendly property on the outskirts of the city and close to the airport. The atmosphere is warming and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful.
