We couldn’t actually stay…I booked online here with Orbitz and they were closed upon arrival! I am still waiting for a refund! I’m very frustrated!!!! We had to scurry to find different accommodations (with 2 young children and lots of stuff on public transportation…we had just gotten released from our 2-week quarantine upon arrival back to Cambodia from a trip over seas…SO FRUSTRATING!!!)

With the facilities and condition of furniture, interior deco etc, it is overated as 4 stars hotel. The most is 2 stars. It's a pretty old hotel. Just that room condition is still clean, and staff are friendly.

Second day of my stay, in the morning the warm water didnt work in the shower. Before leaving the hotel mentioned it to the frontdesk. When I returned at the hotel at 6.30pm, asked them whether it was fixed.. They said maintenance had checked but it wasnt fixed and they would send some one up again.. they had the whole day to fix it, but waited for my return to check again?? Maintenance came and checked again and couldnt fix it. I was offered another room, but didnt feel like moving since i was checking out the next day. Breakfast was good and loads of options. Staff in general was friendly. Neighbourhood is nice. Many mosquitoes though, especially in the elevator area

This place is gross. Like a grosser version of a motel 6. It feels like a bacterial Petri dish. I’m not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from. Pictures are definitely deceiving. Only one elevator and it’s pretty slow. Pool is disgusting. Breakfast is gross. I was in the bathroom all day after it even though I ate the minimum amount. I don’t think I’ll be back to PP or this hotel ever. It’s a pretty dirty city. Trash everywhere. People on the streets eye you everywhere you go. Trust me, we did not carry any bags either and tried to blend in as much as possible. I have two more nights here and I have to suck it up until then.

ロシアンマーケットが近く徒歩圏内に多くのカフェや飲食できるところがあります。 仕事で毎月プノンペンを訪問し毎回違うホテルに宿泊しています。 同価格帯・同程度のホテルとの比較してみると残念ですが今までの中でもっとも悪い評価とさせて頂きます。 最初に部屋のアメニティー不足。 初日から滞在中に歯ブラシは一度もありません。自分で持って行っているので特に困ることはなかったですが・・ また使用した物も補充が欠落が多かった。（綿棒も初日にあっただけで以後一切補充なし） 使用したガウンも交換されずにそのままの日がありました。 クリーニングの依頼書も完備されていない。 また工事の音、ほかの滞在者の騒音がひどかった。 朝食も団体客により料理や食器類も無く、食事をしたい時間帯にできずに時間帯をずらさなければ食べれませんでした。
