"Wow, we had a wonderful stay! Nick checked us in and we asked for a 3rd floor room, convenient parking and a couple additional items to make our stay nice. Nick listened and was attentive to every item. Wow, what a great room he found for us! We especially loved this room because it had a separate bedroom with doors, away from the hallway and bathroom that allowed me to get up early, have coffee, take a shower and my wife could sleep in late, in a quiet , dark bedroom! The exercise room was clean and had great, quality exercise equipment. The handicapped, and regular parking were plentiful and there were multiple entries that our room key-card worked. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Was pleasantly surprise at the cleanliness of Our room, the kitchen, having a complete kitchen made or trip complete. The staff was very nice and can’t stop talking about how perfect the location centrally located and again our room with everything we needed. Let’s not forget the price!!!! It can not be beat! There are many locations throughout the country and will always look first to stay with them."

"Room looks clean but dated. They’re renovating now so rooms should be nice soon. No microwave but small fridge. Breakfast wasn’t very good. They served powdered eggs and sausage as well as oatmeal, pancakes, muffins and sweet rolls. The second day they replaced the powdered eggs with pre-prepared omelets. They make a big deal about their breakfast but has a long way to go to say it’s great. "

"Trisha the Manager was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond. The rooms were clean, the floors were clean! I've stayed in many hotels where the laminate flooring never feels clean. It was clean! Rooms were spacious and the grounds of the hotel were clean and pride has been shown to keep it looking that way. The breakfast could have used stronger coffee. Ha! We will stay here again!"

Metro Scottsdale Extended Stay

2/10 Terrible

"After paying for the room and going through the online check in at 1:00 AM in the morning…with 6 children ages ranging from 2-11 I was informed the room was not available and Expedia should not have rented it to begin with because the complex is under repair. They did nothing to find us another room and we couldn’t find any motels with vacancy so we ended up driving home instead of checking into a motel.we arrived home at 5:30 AM exhausted and very disappointed. Metro didn’t even offer a discounted rate for a future stay and apparently they aren’t going to give us a refund because Expedia is a third party broker. I was told I would have to cancel the reservation, but of course that’s impossible to do at such a late date. "
