"Jason at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We were set up on the 3rd floor but were informed afterwards that the elevator was broken and not working. He mentioned that we could talk to Adam H the manager but he cones in later in the morning so we did not get a chance to see him/talk to him . Fir the money spent you’d hope the basic things would work. But can’t fix that now , also very loud / busy street parking lot."

"Checkin process was terrible. I haven’t spent this much effort for any checkin. The link they sent just didn’t work and they were asking me to send stuff over text, claimed to not receive. Was a headache going back and forth.
Once you get there, super hard to find the unit. No building numbers, no clear directions."

"The staff we interacted with were very friendly. However, we could tell just by walking to the elevator, and down the hallway to our that the establishment wasn’t very clean. Our bathroom had caked-up dust and dirt in the corner and some grime and hair (and I’ll spare the details…)on the floor. The sink drain also had hair in it.
There was dust on surfaces, etc.
The only positive thing I could say about the room is that the bed was made, and I liked having a mini fridge and microwave.
I would...
