"Comfortable, clean and all the basics. Nice staff, and decent breakfast. The whole place is a little bit tired (i.e. aging everything) but functional. Great value, except for the freeway noise. The windows sound like they are open even though they are closed. I had to buy silicone earplugs to get any sleep. If not for the road noise, this would have been a decent place especially for the price. Maybe the other side of the building would be better but I would avoid the freeway side."

"The staff was excellent especially the young woman who checked me in. She was very helpful. Even though I had to switch my room 3 times (because the furniture was frayed, or the electronics didn't work correctly or the bath tubs were pealing!) Also I found a used fork in the refrigerator in my first room. The light switch had a crack in it (be careful so you aren't charged for it) the toilet had like a stain that was kind of rough and wouldn't come off. The first rooms tub was also stained and...

"This place was really convenient to everything I needed to do this weekend. Close to the airport and the freeway. Not too far from downtown also. The room and bathroom were really clean and the bed was comfy it was a short weekend trip but the property fulfilled all of my needs. I flew in late Friday and even at that late hour the staff was so attentive. I will reserve here again."

"The hotel was nice but I picked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. When I arrived I was told to use their app to order the shuttle for the next morning. I did and scheduled at 5am pick up. That morning at 4am I was notified by hotel personal that there was no shuttle and to find my own way, and pay to pay for it myself. I am a senior and never used UBER. I got to the airport and at 6am I was notified by the app my shuttle service was canceled. A very upsetting morning."

"This is a very good value for the price. We ended up staying more than the number of days expected, and the hotel was very accommodating.
They have a very good breakfast, but be aware that the end time if early and immediate -- if you come down at 9:05, everything will be gone. There is a lot of good seating in the breakfast area - very comfortable.
Parking in the ramp was $16/night which seems high to me, but great if you don't have a car. The hotel is conveniently located."
