The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Paid parking was a surprise, but it was reasonable.

Clean and up to date facilities. Staff friendly in the small dealings we had with them. Breakfast options were a nice touch. Great for the price.

The room was beautiful and very clean. It had everything I needed including a mini fridge. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

This hotel was clean and cute. The staff were very friendly. The free breakfast was really good. Beds were comfy. There were really yummy restaurants that were walking distance.

Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had. Also, the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the noise. Doors bang very loudly when closed and noise can be heard very well.

Well kept property. All the staff were very kind and friendly. Pool was warm. Lots of close options for food. Room was very clean. Very large variety for complimentary breakfast- the largest I’ve seen. The only thing I disliked was that we had to pay for parking.

Nick, at reception desk was excellent, check in was a breeze! Breakfast was great! Beds are comfortable! Great location, few minutes drive to Kierland and the Quarter, shopping areas.

I didn’t care for the early check in fee, parking fee, and the beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The employees were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel was very clean.

Don’t book if you actually want a room
There’s nothing worse than showing up to the hotel that you booked months ago and they tell you they don’t have a room for you because they overbooked… There should be some sort of first come first serve, and I can promise you I booked my room well before most of the people who are happily asleep in their beds. Check that happily asleep in my bed! And then to try to send me so far across town I wouldn’t even be in the same City? It was a disaster and ironically, I tried to cancel my room two days prior for a family emergency and they told me no because they needed me to stay there and then they didn’t even have a room for me.
