"The room and breakfast was about average with the other hotels in the immediate area. The staff was very nice (especially the woman working the breakfast during the week.) We had issues with the elevator 3-4 times. Either we had to have the staff reset the elevator (they said it was old). Not very comforting. Also, our TV did not work. We could stream through You Tube or Netflix but not normal cable channels."

"With renovation in progress at the hotel, we had a substandard stay at the Kierland Resort. Entire lobby closed, shops moved to cramped temporary rooms. The one bar which has supposedly completed its renovation was not open during our multi-night stay. Instead they relocated this bar to a meeting room with a temporary bar set up. Not impressed. Imagine paying over $20 for a margarita at the temporary bar poorly lit and no ambiance. The pool is poorly maintained -- especially on Saturday there...

"Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager.
The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental.
The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful.
The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...

"The property was very nice, very clean, great breakfast with different options daily, the ladies working at the breakfast area were very accommodating and helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Stayed 4 nights, and the room was only serviced once on the 3rd day, but did get clean towels daily and trash was also taken out daily as well, didn't like that we had to pay for parking with a nightly charge, and at night time a/c seemed to be turned off and room would get a bit stuffy, we would turn down...
