Nice Stay at Paradise Valley Village

Stayed in the same unit a year ago and it was fantastic! Unfortunately, while still pretty nice, the unit seems to have been a bit abused. Lots of carpet stains and kitchen cabinet door was hanging off the hinges.

It was not made clear that this is a vacation rental. There is not Sonoran Suites to go to. It was a condo development called Elite. It took over an hour to find the place and arrange to pay an additional cleaning deposit. I was told by Hotels.com that my bill was totally prepaid. It was a good price for a three bedroom 2 bath suite but I wouldn't have booked it had I known it was a vacation rental. The suite was clean but well used. We coouldn't lower the thermostat below 74 degrees. Good location if you have business in Scottsdale.

Our reservation was for Sonoran Suites. The night before we got a phone call from a manager saying our room had water in it so they were sending us to another one of their properties. Upon getting the name and address is was very clear it was nothing more than an apartment complex. lots of noise from other renters. We will be very careful to not let this happen again.

No Air conditioning on a 101 degree day

When we entered the room it was over 80 and just kept climbing into the 90s. It was after hours and we called the after hour number. They said they MIGHT get there to fix it. We called Expedia. Expedia called them and were told they were "on their way". No one showed up. I brought 4 fans over from my home. I waited a couple of days to write my review, as I understand that unexpected things like that can happen. But, the company needs to compensate their guest in some way. Still NO WORD from the company. They even still charged me the extra $40 resort fee, which I could hardly believe when I saw my account. I did get an e-mail from Expedia that they are still trying to reach out to the company.....we will see. VERY unsatisfied customer

I rented this thinking it was a suite. Location given on the Expidia site showed up just off of I 51 north of city. However once I booked it, found out about the extra cleaning fee and that the location provided was actually main office and the two locations that I had to choose from were well to the east into Scottsdale. Well away from where I intended to stay. When asked to cancel, was informed it was a 50% cancel fee. renters beware....

Terrible experience. Internet & tv did not work. Pool & jacuzzi water contaminated detected by a pool expert. Replacing the roof - the banging was horrible and all the workers could see through your windows. The list goes on & on. Would never recommend this place.

don't rent here

this is not a hotel, this is someone renting out their apartment. The staff on-site said they are in violation of their lease, so i would not stay here. Hotels.com should not allow them to advertise as a hotel. there was no hot water amd the staff made no effort to correct this after i notified them. inconvenient location in the rear of a massive apartment complex. dirty sheets and mud stains on the floor. Just go with an actual hotel.

Condo intéressant mais, pas de réception.

Condo très confortable et très bien équipé, à l'exception du sofa (canapé) qui était désuet. Le plus décevant est que le site d'Hôtel.com ne mentionnait pas qu'il n'y a pas de réception et qu'il faut prendre entente avec le locateur pour le processus de réception des clefs. Des démarches qu'on préfèrent éviter en voyage, d'autant qu'il fallait photographier des documents et les faire parvenir au proprio.
