"The room was dated and lacking some maintenance (sink handle fell off during visit, etc.). The pull out couch was horribly uncomfortable, even for tweens. Even when we brought up our children couldn't sleep on it, there was no alternative offered. There was not a roll away available. The river ranch water park is decent. The slide was ok, water speed was "slow" per our 10 year old. Lazy river wasn't too long, but enjoyable. Multiple pools. It was crowded often. I think they might sell day passes to outsiders, which is too bad, as it crowds the park. We ended up at the "regular pool" for hotel guests more often because it was less crowded. Central location is good. Ease of check in and check out. Lots of parking. Pull out couches need better/updated mattresses. We unfortunately couldn't book a double bed, as they were sold out. If you can't get a double, beware, as your children will not be comfortable."

"Only complaint is that the EV charger isn't available. Said it was being repaired, but there was only a post, no evidence of it ever being usable. I booked this hotel specifically to or the ability to charge my car. Added expense and inconvenience. Please update your website."

"Room was not clean and was run down.Walk was broken TV didn't work, internet didn't work?And microwave broken, they came to fix it and still did not fix it.There's nobody there on check in and could never reach anybody in the office"

"Have stayed here multiple times. Location is great for our needs and the breakfast and complimentary dinner/drinks in the evening make up for the slightly higher cost of other nearby hotels. "
