"These motels are Good for a comfortable & quiet stay. most of the employees are excellent at doing their job, and treating the guest/customers great and respectful. But i do have a bad experience with the white lady working on the evening shift (10am-6pm). Today i called and explained to her that my tv is stuck on the same channel and wont turn off, the remote control will not work, maintenance tried a few diffezrent remote swaps and determined it was the tv it self. So i explained to her what the situation was and asked her if she can switch me to a different room. She gave me a bossy attitude and told me she her self does not believe that the tv problem is a good enough excuse to switch to a different room. I asked if she can at least give me a discount on the daily rate and she told me that if it was up to her that she wouldn't allow me to move. do it but i have to speak to the msnager in the morning. "The ladies at the front were so nice and check in was easy and headache free. Felt safe as they had security walking the floors. My room was quiet and clean. Just an all around great hotel at a great rate! Thank you so much. "
