We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was great. The receptionist was especially great and always went above and beyond whenever we would ask for things. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. When one didn’t, we had our own light that he went and got something to secure it to the bike. When we had to leave, it was quite early and we needed our clothes washed so he organised it to be...

Our stay at Phong Nha Mountain House was the best of my trip travelling for 6 weeks. The room in a wooden stilt house overlooking the pond and mountains in the distance was beautiful. The beds were super comfy and the size of the room and bathroom were great. Breakfast was delicious and was prepared right on the time we chose - the breakfast spot was absolutely beautiful. The family that run the property were absolutely lovely and were always very attentive, helpful and friendly. They also have...

Wonderful - view is unforgettable. Want to go back again as soon as possible.

Fab stay. Helpful from start to finish. We had breakfast. Delightful simple breakfast which was super cheat. Laundry completed and transfers organised. It was a brief stay for one night but loved this area so much we wished we stayed longer. Limited tourism which is right up my street but plenty to do in the day and night

The owner Ha picked us up from the station and we received welcome drinks on arrival. Our bungalow was very clean and located right on the river with incredible views. The Lovely family also helped us book a great tour and bikes during our stay. We only stayed 2 nights, I wish we stayed longer!

Very lovely place to stay. Cuba was super helpful in arranging travel as well, very much appreciated.

A wonderfully located extremely well managed hotel with kind and helpful staff. Hung was extremely responsive to pre arrival queries and arranging tours. I recommend it highly!

Did not use pool, too small for me. Staff extremely friendly and polite. Must mention Iiims who arranged transport to my next destination for me. If you want to be close to the beach I would recommend this hotel. Standard very good and reasonably priced

A great homestay in a great location - very nice chap running it and lovely family dog.

The Ecolodge is a brilliant place to stay. Nice pool, great rooms, free bike hire. Hong and her family were super helpful arranging tours and onward travel, not to mention answering many daft questions! Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice stay, nice staff. Properties looking a little dated but would visit again.

A lovely hotel, centrally located. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they arranged moped hire, an airport transfer and laundry for us. Breakfast was very tasty and cooked fresh, the vegetable pho and the banana pancakes were wonderful.

Highway 20 was a lovely place to stay. The family were very helpful and welcoming and were always there to help us book tours. The location is great, very peaceful and not too far from the town where there are shops and hotel restaurants. We ate dinner one night at the homestay with the family. The food was amazing and it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend this homestay.

A great place to stay. I really love this place. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Great customer service from front desk. I will visit again :)

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Can book tours directly from the front desk and rent scooters. In the centre of town with lots of restaurant options around and close to the caves. Definitely would recommend if you're visiting Phong Nha!

Great homestay with a beautiful location and super friendly hosts. My second stay a year apart and I would highly recommend
