We stayed here for 2 nights and our stay was great. The receptionist was especially great and always went above and beyond whenever we would ask for things. For example, we asked to ride the bikes late in the evening and he went and got them and adjusted all the seats and made sure they all had lights on. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay, the staff were helpful and friendly, the pool was great to use after a day visiting the citadel. We tried both the French and Vietnamese restaurants which were outstanding, try the ancient Hue rose cocktail it was delicious. We stayed at the Albert Sallet Villa which was amazing ❤️.

Our stay at Phong Nha Mountain House was the best of my trip travelling for 6 weeks. The room in a wooden stilt house overlooking the pond and mountains in the distance was beautiful. Stayed one night in a lovely Bungalow. 1. Complimentary shuttle from airport is good, but was quite packed with many other guests for mini van. 2. Reception is bit too small, especially while having many guests arrive at the same time, using shuttle bus. 3. Entire site and properties were pretty and relatively well maintained. Lovely property , incredibly friendly staff …I was unfortunate and arrived in a rainy season and the only downside the mosquitoes in the the room despite best efforts to keep them out as the room doesn’t have nets

Fab stay. Helpful from start to finish. We had breakfast. Delightful simple breakfast which was super cheat. Laundry completed and transfers organised. It was a brief stay for one night but loved this area so much we wished we stayed longer. Limited tourism which is right up my street but plenty to do in the day and night

The owner Ha picked us up from the station and we received welcome drinks on arrival. Our bungalow was very clean and located right on the river with incredible views. The Lovely family also helped us book a great tour and bikes during our stay. We only stayed 2 nights, I wish we stayed longer!

Stayed in room 6, absolutely lovely with floor to ceiling windows. Check the location meets your needs, but apart from that, a great place.

A lovely friendly little hotel who made us feel so welcome. Hana and all the staff do a great job making sure their guests are comfortable. In a good location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by and the beach a short walk. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The Ecolodge is a brilliant place to stay. Nice pool, great rooms, free bike hire. Hong and her family were super helpful arranging tours and onward travel, not to mention answering many daft questions! Thanks for a great stay!!
