Gorgeous green property, exceptionally clean rooms, wonderful kind accommodating staff. Our room lacked privacy somewhat but was beautiful (we could hear other peoples conversations as we were next to pool). Best hotel breakfast we had especially for vegetarians. Also wonderful foot massage at spa.

Here is my honest opinion about Ancient Hue Garden House. It is immaculate. The staff are incredibly welcoming, the grounds are beautiful, the free foot massage was amazing. I have only one complaint. If you are fine with waiting, you will be waiting awhile, as the staff lack the ability to communicate efficiently with each other and they are a shade slow. From ordering a drink, to ordering an extra towel, you will be waiting awhile. If you are fine with the slow and tranquil pace this place offers, you will love it. For me, a tad too slow to meet my every need, and trust me, they will meet your every need. It's beautiful, and cannot be beat for kindness, beauty and genuine care for their guests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, just to understand that things move at a slightly slower pace. It doesn't detract from the place itself and if anything, works to slow you down, take things at a more reasonable speed and to help you learn to enjoy the moment. I wish I had booked a longer stay.

Les espaces verts de l’hôtel sont très beaux et l’hôtel a réellement un cachet avec ses boiseries. Le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant a été très prévenant . La chambre est nettoyée matin et soir ce qui est appréciable. L’hôtel est à l’écart du l’agitation de la ville, ce qui en fait un endroit reposant. La réception est venue spontanément nous informer que la ville de Hoi An, notre prochaine destination était inondée, ce qui nous a permis de changer nos plans au dernier moment. Ils nous ont aussi aidé à contacter notre prochain hôtel à Da Nang. Bref, rien à reprocher.

The property is what I envision the Garden of Eden to be. Its lushes greenery, ponds and pools provide a relaxing environment. The staff is thoughtful and attentive.

Don’t hesitate to book this hotel — it exceeded our expectations in every way, especially for the price. We traveled with our 2-year-old daughter, and while we spent our days exploring Hue, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to paradise. We enjoyed several meals on-site, and the service from the staff was consistently warm and welcoming. We stayed for three nights and were genuinely sad to leave. The small details made a big difference — lush gardens, hand-painted walls in our room and ensuite, and thoughtful touches throughout the property. Everything felt carefully curated, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. This hotel is a true gem, and we couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Wunderschön gepflegte Anlage mitten im Grünen. Besonders die Zimmer im traditionellen Stil und der überragende Service sind super. Alle sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, Frühstück hervorragend a la Card und mal kein Standard-Buffet. Lage etwas weiter entfernt vom Zentrum aber mit Taxi/Grab alles kein Problem.

Ancient Hue Garden Houses are located in a quiet residential area. The rooms are nicely decorated in separate houses connected by beautiful garden paths. The hotel has two swimming pools, two restaurants and offers complimentary breakfast and tea in the afternoon. It truly feels like a garden oasis. Staff are friendly and the food is delicious.

A Hideen Gem in Hue

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ancient Hue Gardens. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the breathtaking architecture that perfectly combines traditional elegance with a sense of refined luxury. The atmosphere throughout the property is serene, sophisticated, and incredibly welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and full of charming details that made us feel both comfortable and indulged. The spa services were outstanding — a true haven of relaxation and well-being. A special mention must go to Nhi Le at the reception, whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. She was always ready to help with a warm smile, ensuring everything went smoothly for us. At the restaurant, we enjoyed delicious meals that showcased the best of local flavors, and we were warmly attended by another lovely staff member, also named Nhi, who made the experience even more delightful. Overall, the hotel provided a perfect balance of luxury and coziness, making us feel at home while still experiencing something truly special. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay here again.

It is very cosy, same like home, amd exceptionally clean but only is a little far if we want to go aound by walking, however, the place is truely nice, will visit again in future. The staffs hospitality is excellent.
