Nhân viên rất thân thiện, từ bảo vệ đến lễ tân và các bạn nhân viên buồng phòng. Khách sạn đã để lại cho mình nhiều ấn tượng tốt, nhất định mình sẽ quay lại mỗi khi ghé đến Hà Nội chơi. "

"トンニャット公園の近くに有り、ホテルを出るとローカルの町並みを見ることができる。今朝の朝食時は大きな声で 電話する人が居て、余り食事を美味しく食べられなかった。食事時の電話、大声は注意喚起した方が良いと思います。"

"The hotel was very good but that is not a choice in the stars. We had to walk several blocks to other restaurants. Across the street is a Circle K convenience store and a coffee shop. We think there was also a coffee or snack place next door. The breakfast buffet in the hotel was quite good."

"Reception area beautiful and a pretty roof top pool! Rooms had AC and wifi, but quite basic & slightly dated decor. Laundry exceptionally expensive - have never paid so much for laundry, not even in a London hotel! Go out to get laundry done!"
