You don’t even get access to the pool, despite them using it in their pictures. They don’t offer any help with check in, it’s really backward. "Everything is clean and the vibe is really nice in my first impression. Staff is also very friendly. However, when I received my room, it is not right with whatever show on the website. There is a few things were broken in the room but the hotel didn't check before they let their guest to stay there. My bathroom has broken door handles, they knew it but they didn't fix it. Also, the water is hot during the day time but night time is not. Hope they will improve better in the future. "
