We’ve noted, at Kim Hoa we have two types of the mattress for the bedroom, Kim Dan mattress for Standard room there is one of the best brand in Viet Nam, and rings mattress for Superior room and Bungalow room. First of all, we were so pleased to hear from you. We are so sorry for the disturbance you have experienced cause of loud from renovation team. We'll control and minimize loud, work also have late starting time. Because of the high season, we added some loungers but some guest put their towel on the lounger to keep their seat, and some strangers also use our loungers, it makes you uncomfortable. For family room, there are 2 double beds as pictures shown on website. Due to your request of extra bed, so we had to charge 22$/night. We will note this issue with our manager.
