We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this beautifully decorated hotel, perfectly located in the center of Sunset Town and featuring a lovely swimming pool. The view was amazing—an ideal spot for watching fireworks and festival activities. We really enjoyed the breakfast and appreciated the restaurant’s setting. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it. The room was incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated, with stunning tile that really elevated the space. Everything felt thoughtfully designed, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. Breakfast was another highlight. There were plenty of great options, and the eggs were hands down the best I’ve ever had—so fresh and perfectly prepared. The location is also ideal. The hotel is right in the heart of Sunset Town, surrounded by charming shops, restaurants, and nearby attractions, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish.

The hotel is very stylish and beautiful. The staff I met were very friendly. Comfortable room, good sleep! Everything was fine except for an accident. At 8:30 in the morning, someone rang our doorbell and knocked on the door. Then there was a sound from the door of the connecting room next door. Walked to the next room and found that the hotel staff was repairing it….. It's a pity that our sleep was interrupted and can't continue! However, the hotel staff immediately stopped the operation after we discovered the error. The front desk staff also expressed great apologies. Also treated us to a cake in a beautiful location when we checked out. Although this incident is a pity, it did not affect our pleasant stay experience. We r still very grateful to every staff member we met during the stay for providing us with professional assistance. Thanks!

We had a wonderful view with a balcony. From our window we could see the fireworks every night and every show from our room. We didn’t feel the need to go and pay for tickets for them (although I’m sure the experience would be entirely different up close with all the performers). Staff was extremely nice and for the most part very fluent in English. Service is excellent and was slower than the main land but in a good way - it gave us time to unwind and relax and enjoy the moments we had there. The room and everything is brand new for us. I believe we came during a soft open because not everything was open. The beach club was not open yet nor the lower pools and the upper terrace cafe (6th floor). Apart from that we only wish you were able to swim at the beach. I’m unsure if the current is too strong or that they didn’t staff a lifeguard yet. The town “Sunset Town” is very charming and I believe it needs a few more years to catch up to the same development to Grand World but it’s getting there. Head to the night market there because it’s very nice
