Villas are decently affordable for what you get, everything other than lodging is petty pricy like food and spa stuff. The units have zero silverware or plates. Villas come with a stove but have zero pots and pans which is odd. Property is pretty dated as far as technology goes. Pros were amazing staff and affordability for larger groups. Cons were dated and not fully equipped. Not a walkable location at all. I would recommend going somewhere else like Wyndham or radisson blue closer to grand world unless you just wanna relax and not leave your place for the entire stay. It was just okay.

Property was spacious, staffs were friendly and respectful but not always available at your service. The pool was nice but we did have to walk around finding staff to place drink orders. Not much night life going on inside the resort as well as outside around the area besides just those tourist traps like Vinwonders or sunworld.

We booked the all inclusive and was very disappointed with the food especially the snacks and drinks choices. The drink choices were very limited and the bartenders didn’t know whats supposed to be in each drink. Even the cgeapest beers in vn were not included. The floors in our rooms were damaged with water leaks. They charged for almost everything even we had the all inclusive. Paid $600 for 2 nights which is very expensive in vn but we didn’t enjoy the food.

The stay was perfect overall. Nicely prepared staff and the atmosphere was just great. Simply I couldn't ask for more. But sometimes, I had to call twice for buggies. And the card key just disabled during the stay without a reason, which caused inconvenience.

This property is NOT 'ALL INCLUSIVE' When you go to a Western All inclusive resort, in room minibar is included. Here it is not included! They given you a three bedroom with adjacent pool option, but remember, pool may not be clean. The Kitchen has NO utensils. An Extended stay in US is much better than what you see here. The dining options are non. Spanish (Japanese restaurant under construction). The buddy/'tok-tok' is usually late 10-15 minutes. The extra-curricular activities - surfing does not exist on property, snorkeling - not on property, vin-safari not included in "ALL Inclusive". My partner got injured - NO FIRST AID KIT AVAILABLE! Look around no AED available. There is a person called 'Terry Nguyen' who runs his own side business of offering 'private snorkeling' experience. He pockets the money and arranges a taxi service and boat service (separate from property admin). Then took us to south of island where the water was not clear, the coral reef had poisonous coral reef and sharp rocks. Expedia and Melia Vinpearl are misleading the customers. Overall expect 50% of what they promise online. Come at your own risk and manage your own health (wound injury -- NO First Aid Kit). I would have had better experience going other genuine all -inclusive resorts with proper standard of safety. Finally, remember, you have to turn on a switch (outside the bathroom) to turn on hot water before putting soap on your body.

We have clogged toilets for our entire stay. We called many times, facilities staff came to fix but problem still persisted thru out our stay. Also water pressure was low, making it difficult to take shower, also pool water level dropped by half starting in our second day. On the first day, we noticed strong odor of fresh paint, we also noticed pieces of paints peeling on the floor.

My worst hotel ever. The room was not clean, and whenever we turn on the air-conditioning, my kids start to cough. Thanks to the dirty air-conditioning, my kids are still coughing after we returned back to our country.

Absolutely paradise, we were in an all inclusive package, we had to skip meals as so much food is served, staff is kind and careful. Smiling 😊 and helpful. I highly recommend Melia Vinpearl and if you come in a honeymoon, do not hesitate to upgrade yourself and let staff contagious happiness make your life less miserable. Vyn, Hung, TY, Diep are just few names that ring me as a bell regarding kindness, attention, genuine smiling and willing to make your day better. I will return many times for sure 👍.

Beautiful villas, however the property can be maintained better. Dishes weren’t included in the kitchenette which was an inconvenience because had to call down for them. The daily cleaning staff weren’t the best in comparison to some other locations I’ve been Service was impeccable and very accommodating otherwise and food was definitely a surprise for me. Best all inclusive resort I’ve been to for this matter. Beach didn’t have any beach chairs. Golf course near by which was nice.

The resort is nice but not worth a 5 star. The dining options are extremely expensive (overprice). Lunch buffet 500000 VND/person. Dinner buffet 770000 VND/person week day and 850000 VND/person weekends. The resort doesn't have any entertainment. Just relax, go to the beach, and swimming pool. Complementary bicycles need to reserve a head of time but the staffs did not mention it. It has a good gym.

호텔이 고급지지는 않지만 넓고 편해요 내집같은 느낌 마감재나 이런건 좀 훼손되고 개인풀은 벌레가 좀 떠다녔지만 1bedroom 예약했는데 3bedroom upgrade 받았어요! 어른2에 아이1인데 방3개 화장실 4개(그중 샤워실은 3개 있음) 너무 편하게 내집처럼 생활했어요 메인베드룸은 킹베드에 소파에 바로앞에 개인풀로 나갈 수 있고 bathtub showeroom 세면대2개로 넓찍한 화장실까지 같이 있었고 나머지방은 트윈베드랑 킹베드랑 각각 있었고 방머더 샤워시설딸린 욕실이 있었어요 취사는 안되는 부엌이지만 냉장고 냉동실이 커서 편했고 무료 물은 매일 6개씩 제공합니다. 공용수영장은 총 2개인데 25년 10월초 기준 1개는 운영하지않아서 1곳만 갔고 조식당은 2곳중 메인로비는 붐벼서 jarana 로 갔는데 고급지고 좋았어요 조식메뉴가 여러가지는 아니지만 쌀국수 반미 샐러드 치즈 과일 빵 그리고 몇가지 음식들이라 부족함은 없어요 호탤애서 운영하믄 셔틀로 빈원더스랑 그랜드월드 다니고 호탤냐뷰에서는 툭툭(버기카)로 잘 다녔어요 공항-호텔 픽업 및 드롭 서비스 잘 활용했고, 체크아웃 오후12시에 하고 그랜드월드 마가서 마서지받고 호텔로 컴백해서 게임룸 가서 탁구, 포켓볼, 풀스게임 등 즐기다가 공항으로 갔습니다. 레이트체크아웃은 거의 300만동 요구해서 레이트 체크아웃없이 저녁 6시까지 지냈는데도 불편함이 없네요! 가격대비 만족합니다.

部屋の広さやプライベートプールは非日常を感じられる素晴らしい環境です。 スタッフもとても親切で快適に過ごせましたが、スタッフ能力のバラつきは大きいと感じました。例えば　チェックアウトのフロント担当者は処理を忘れ（私の部屋番号すら忘れていた）、10分待てと追われたにもかかわらず、20分以上放置され　空港へのシャトルバスに乗り遅れるので早くしてほしいと伝えると、彼は作業を忘れていたため、先にバスに乗るように伝えました。同様のミスが他のスタッフでも滞在中に発生してしまい苦労しました。施設や他のスタッフは素晴らしかったため一部のスタッフにより評価が下がることは残念でした。

This property offers you "All inclusive" and your pay "all-inclusive price" but even in room minibar has charges! Towel services NOT included. MANY drinks not included. Food services are limited. Other water experiences are limited. Remembers there are spider like insects buried in the beach sand. Unfortunately, I have been to many other all inclusive resorts so I can definitely tell you do not spend your money here. Deceptive advertisement by Expdeia and Melia Resorts.

Fantastisk sted, skønt med egen pool men også godt med dejlig strand og fælles pool. Morgenmad var virkelig god. Du kan få alt hvad du drømmer om.

We stayed at this stunning and spacious villa, which offered a peaceful retreat. However, the check-in and check-out processes were overly time-consuming, which detracted from the overall experience.
