We booked a room for 3 people but when we arrived the room had only 2 twin beds. The people at reception were not very helpful.the hotel seemed nice but the options are limited and required transportation to go to other places. The beach was not very well, we found a lot of garbage on the beach and the water was not very clean so we opted to get a car to go to other beaches around the island that were transparent and clean. Unfortunately I would choose this hotel again. On the positive side, the breakfast had a lot of options to choose from.

Great retreat

Amazing grounds and rooms. We stayed in a bungalow with beautiful views of the beach and own private pool. The staff were attentive and very helpful. Own room was very clean and well maintained. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a nice resort that could be nicer. There are several areas around the resort that show stains on the flooring or grounds. In the common hallways there are multiple leaks from the ceiling. My room was very nice and well appointed. The food and beverage were considerably more expensive than other places in Vietnam, so if you are visiting here after travelling elsewhere in Vietnam - be prepared for the jump in prices!

Staffs are great, rooms are very well keep clean so are every other areas like pools, front lounged etc. The only things is that the morning soup based for the noodles is quite salty. So if you are a person who can’t have salty food, this is one that you can not eat.

Grab cost around 5 USD, free shuttle bus if you want but starts at 7am. +Small night market across the street. -Beach had red flag, too windy to swim on the west coast, but 20min drive with Grab or Taxi to east coast there is a beach called 'Khem Beach' which is good for kids and is clean, no waves there. +/- 2 million dong in deposit, cash or card. Many koreans in this resort. Lunch or dinner buffet cost around 550.000. This is a resort, not much to do or see outside the hotel, the city center is 20min drive but not much to do there either. It's a good resort to rest with big swimming pools. Location is good as it's near airport and 20min drive to east coast or to city center.

Novotel is definitely a great resort for families. It has a ton of amentities including a weekly activity schedule that has something for everyone. Free bicycles, tennis, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Always something to do if you'd prefer to stay on resort grounds. The staff are very friendly and are quick to help. I know it's not common outside the US, but tipping the buggy drivers or room cleaners is always appreciated. Negatives Tourists. The amount of families that do not watch their kids, let them run rampant or the amount of adults that act incredibly entitled is astounding. During my 4 days, I witnessed a grown man sitting in the entrance fountain lounging like it was a pool, a woman take a paddleboard that was reserved for another guest and would not return it even after I told her the rental guidelines, a father letting his child walk along the outside border of the infinity pool on the other side of the glass where the drop was about 4 meters. If you go travel to another country that's not your own, please don't be that kind of tourist.

I have been this resort so many time in the past. This time , it is worst . I can see buses of local tourist. They were super loud, It was not same as before 2017-2019. The hotel was nice and quite. When we check in They didn’t have room that we booked. I show them picture of room. Receptionist told me if I would like to have a room like the pic and downstair .. I need to call them ahead of but This is not the first time I book at this hotel. It never happen in the past. The breakfast time is horrible. I feel like I’m middle of wet market lol. One of the funniest thing happen when we were seating at table and a man came and sat down at our table even we said no. He just ignore it. How rude they are.

朝食は豊富なラインナップで、どれも美味しかったです。 プールもリゾート感があり、大変くつろげました。テニスコートも無料で楽しめて良かったです。 スタッフの対応は親切で気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。 チェックイン時、客室にバスマットとフェイスタオルがなかったのが減点要因でした。 それ以外は大変満足です。

소나시 야시장이랑 가까워서 편의점 점심 저녁 식사하기 좋았어요. 주변에 스파 마사지 숍도 많아요. 빈펄버스 정류장이 바로 앞에 있어 그랜드월드와 킹콩마트 가기에도 좋아요. 공항과도 가까워 빈펄버스나 리무진 이용해서 갈수 있어요. 숙소는 너무 마음에 들고 수영장 조식부페도너무 좋았습니다. 다음에 푸꾸옥 온다면 또 이용하고 싶어요.

下のフロアが工事中だったのか、日中すごい工事の音が大きく響いてましたが、ホテル自体は綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。ホテルの前にナイトマーケットがあるので、毎日そこで夕食を食べていました。さらにホテルの前にvinbusのバス停があるので都合が良く、何度か利用しました。プールもとても広いので多くの人が泳いでいても混み合うこともなく、子供たちは広々と泳いでました。朝食の内容が毎日同じような感じだったので、少し飽きました。

飯店泳池非常好 海灘景觀漂亮 早餐選擇豐富 對面馬路還有便利商店和熱鬧的夜市可以逛 ，整體很不錯!
