"The hotel gym was disappointing. The equipment consisted mainly of old dumbbells and outdated weight machines. Unfortunately the fitness was not air-conditioned, and with outdoor temperature around 98-100 degrees F, it was simply too hot to exercise comfortably. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. "New hotel. Excellent location! Corner room was beautiful with three balconies, quite large, had a great view of the famous bridge and the river. Staffs were very kind, accommodating and helpful with tours information. Pool was clean and warm. Breakfast buffet has decent food selections and good Vietnamese coffee. Lobby bar was very roomy and comfortable."

"staff here are truly so incredible and the property is in a great quiet area, it’s down a smaller road so cars can’t get down but it’s only a 30 second walk from the street so really no big deal. Super nice local area where we felt so welcome and was nice and close to the imperial citadel and lots of great restaurants and we felt really safe and at home in this area. staff were incredibly helpful for helping us book our next bus and also explain the ticket situation for the citadel!"
