"We've stayed many times and enjoyed the hotel, it's a good place for our family as we like the Onsen and waters. Breakfast is good and the two connecting rooms make it easy for our family of 4. "This hotel is a gem! The rooms were immaculate and facilities incredible. The staff are all so helpful and kind. Probably the best thing about the hotel is the breakfast buffet - many local dishes as well as American breakfast is offered. Highly recommend the Silk Path Hue."

"This can't be called a 4‑star hotel, it barely deserves 3. The rooms need maintenance and a general upgrade, plus a deep clean. The bathtub was extremely slippery; it looks like there used to be some antislip texture on the bottom, but nothing remains, quite dangerous in my opinion. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but they start closing and stop restocking 30 minutes before the end, so you need to get there early. The staff weren't the friendliest either. The pool is about 2 meters deep...
