The only negatives I would say is the building does need a little maintenance but nothing that would ruin your stay. Very clean property. "Our room was clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to settle in comfortably and feel right at home. The bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The pool is superb, the perfect spot to cool off and relax after a hot day in Siem Reap, all within a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return."

"Oh, what an amazing hotel made even more so by such INCREDIBLE staff. We loved everything: - the rooms were spacious and super clean with powerful shower and lovely comfortable beds. The toiletries were 5* spa quality - the breakfast was delicious, fresh and varied - the pools were so spotless and often very quiet so it felt like our personal pool! Best of all though, the staff. If you could bottle their genuine warmth, enthusiasm and passion for their jobs (which they see as making your stay perfect) you would be a millionaire!
