"Everything was great at this hotel and not too far from the airport which was why we stayed there but still in the heart of everything so we could walk to the sites. Staff was amazing, food was great, beds were very comfortable and bathroom has everything you needed. Snacks and drinks in mini fridge are included, nice when there is free good water too. Would stay at this hotel again"

"Fantastic hotel and great staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were a little concerned when we saw the amount of construction around the location of the hotel but it didn’t really affect us at all . The reception staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The walk into Florence is around 35 minutes at a decent pace, thankfully there is a hotel shuttle that runs until early evening so if dining out past 8PM you’ll need a taxi at around €25 . You’ll need to download some taxi apps in advance...

"La habitación estuvo excelente, al igual que la ducha, pero el agua caliente funciona regular, en un momento el agua quema y al siguiente se pone helada, deben mejorar eso. Respecto al desayuno hubo buena variedad, menos con los huevos, los 4 días solo huevos revueltos o duros, debería haber más variedad, por ejemplo fritos, ya que como en mi caso en lo que más me gusta del desayuno son los huevos."
