"Borgo refers to something like little village and that’s what this property is. A cluster of beautiful stone buildings and gravel drives surrounded by acres of olive and lavender. Beautifully appointed common and areas in rooms. Excellent restaurant with elevated cuisine. Beautiful pool. Distance skyline view of Sienna, Really no negatives. Would definitely come back."

"Cute little hotel located conveniently less than 5 minutes from the airport. We had an early morning departure and the front desk arranged a shuttle to take us and one other hotel guest to the airport. The shuttle showed up promptly and the hotel worked perfectly for a one day trip. We took a taxi to downtown Florence and enjoyed the sights prior to departure."

"The hotel staff were amazing. They spoke perfect English. Was very helpful with any questions that we had. Gave us recommendations for things to see and places to eat. The location is amazing. It is downtown close to the train station and the Duomo. We were able to store our luggage prior to leaving on the train. The only thing that you should be aware of is there are several flights of stairs so the hotel is not accessible for certain accommodations. Europe was experiencing an extreme heat...

"A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"
