"First off they send us to another location where there was no staff. I had to call them wait to someone to come to pick us up. Check in took about a hour and a half. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we had to wait 30 min. Our room was on the second floor with no elevator. There is no parking on site. Parking is available for 15 euros 4 blocks from the apartment. The Breakfast included is outside the property and all you get is an expresso and a croissant. It’s not a hotel. The bright...

"This is a guesthouse so there are no amenities but the staff in the office building is helpful. The office building is in a separate location than the room that you’ll be staying in. The location was good as it was nearby all shops and restaurants and a 10 min walk from the train. We were there 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once due to the designated cleaning schedule. Overall, it was a nice stay, just be away of the differences between a hotel and a guesthouse."

"Loved the property. Felt like we were in our own little world. Extremely peaceful and quiet. Only downside is that it is way up on a mountain and you needed to wait for a shuttle to come pick you up in both directions. Shuttle only runs once per hour but in all fairness we were not inconvenienced by this at all. You can take a cab up that will cost you 30euro if you absolutely must get there."

"Great location down at the marina. Close to the waters edge, we rented a kayak which was very easy to do. Kayak people weren’t very helpful or friendly- bring water shoes if you’re going in the water. The host was very friendly and helpful with info. Room was clean and comfortable and everything was well maintained."

"The room was spacious (triple) and well equipped. Away from the crowds, yet walkable to all places in Riomaggiore. Yes, it’s quite an uphill walk with luggage, but that is explained well during and after the booking with options available to transfer luggage. Do not follow google maps. Just walk straight up the road as you exit the tunnel (no stairs until you reach the place). So those who are rating this place lower for this reason should read the instructions carefully!"

"Elisa and Simone are wonderful hosts, and they made us feel like family. They were so helpful and attentive to our needs, taking the time to send us restaurant recommendations, chat and give us a sense of the city and area history. They provided maps and directions to Cinque Terre. The hotel's location is perfect - a short walk from/to the train station and in the center with restaurants and shops all around. "15 minutes outside Riomaggiore, which I was worried about at first, however it was really nice to leave the busy town and the bus schedule was convenient. Large patio with amazing views. Incredible restaurant just up the street (il Borgo di campi) family owned, great food, two of the best meals we had on our trip to Italy. Hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful."
