"When I checked in Luigi told me he gave me an upgrade. When I got to my room, the view of Mt Vesuvius was not there. I had been given a worse room than what I paid for. I was relocated to a room with a view but certainly did not get upgrade."

"Not for the faint at heart. A challenge to find and everything was done by text (no one on site), and the car in the middle of a twisty narrow road while trying to get the keys, understand the parking and find the room."

I do actually like the area and surrounding towns. Location is quite good and transportation not bad. Very historical town just didn’t like the hotel I stayed in.
