"This is a modern, smart and very clean airport hotel. All members of staff we met were friendly and helpful. It was a very cold winter's day and we really appreciated that the heat pump in our room had been turned on beforehand and it was lovely and cosy for our arrival. We also appreciated the small bottle of boutique A2 milk which was waiting for us in our small fridge. The main room was contemporary in style and minimalist; the bed was perfectly comfortable. "Our stay at the Narrows Landing was incredibky restul. The grounds are lovely, staff were helpful and available, and the room was comfy, warm, and large, if a little rustic. Water pressure was great, the continental breakfast better than most, and we had a fantastic nights sleep. We thouroughly recommend this hotel."

"Friendly staff, nice room in general. Getting to the facility was difficult due to recent traffic changes. Despite instructions, I got lost almost every time returning to the room. Bed matress was very well worn, body indents present on each side, probably time for a refresh. Pillows were flat. Large roach in the shower and bug bites while in the room, hopefully just mosquitos."

"Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty.
