We would have really liked to have a coffee maker in the room. We were not interested in the full breakfast, but would have liked to have coffee in our rooms without getting fully dressed, leaving the building and visiting the hotel's other building across the street just to have a cup of coffee. "Everything was great. Just a few recommendations, turn up the heat on the eggs and bacon in the buffet slightly cold. Also turn up the heat on the coffee. Front desk, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped us set up multiple transports and made helpful recommendations."

"Palazzo Del Sale is a gem. Giovanni was so welcoming and friendly, as were his staff and dog Gigi. At check in we were treated to a cappuchino before Giovanni helped us with our bags up to our room. The location of the hotel is perfect for easy walking around beautiful Ortigia. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and having the patio just outside our door an added bonus. I highly recommend the Palazzo Del Sale and look forward to visiting again. "
