"Very DIRTY ROOM"

"The location is ideal to the city center, restaurants and transit. The unit is roomy but as with older buildings insects may have had safe harbor within for a long time. We encountered a silverfish in the bathroom wall and ants on the floor when we arrived. The clean bed coverings on most of the beds were overly too large and were draping on the floor. On our first night, our daughter cut both of her feet on the exposed drain cover area in the shower, which appeared loose and unsafe. "Las fotos no muestran realmente el lugar. Estuve en 2 habitaciones distintas y el baño fue demasiado incomodo. La regadera estaba tapada y se acabó el shampoo. Fui a solicitarlo y no había. Jamás me volvería a quedar en ese lugar que ni elevador tiene"

"Sono stata ad un congresso organizzato in questo hotel e ho pensato di soggiornare lì per comodità. L'hotel malgrado le 4 stelle e' vecchio e con servizi non più compatibili con le esigenze moderne. Nella sala congressi e in molte aree comuni e' ancora presente la moquette. Nelle camere malgrado il prezzo non economico non c'è macchina caffè né' caffè solubile e nemmeno una bottiglietta d'acqua gratuita. La colazione scadente con dolci confezionati e brioche stantie. Nessuna macchina per caffè...
