This is more like bed and breakfast as its family owned, and the apartment has belonged to one family for over 200 yrs. "We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. "We loved our stay here so much that we didn’t want to leave. This place is located right in the middle of all the action, shops, restaurants, etc. Our room had a small balcony that overlooked a rustic side street full of shops and vendors, right next to a bell tower. Very pretty. Great location to be able to walk to everything, and not too far from the port. This will be our spot every time we visit!"
"Loved this unique place to stay. Was very quiet. Was able to explore the museum portion after hours. Only drawback was that there were 4 flights of stairs to climb to our room with no air conditioning. Once we got to our room though it was nice and cool.
