"Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und das Personal sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen für einen aktiven Urlaub in der Toskana. Vom Bahnhof zum Hotel geht man ca. 10 Minuten. Nach Florenz, Pisa und Lucca kann man sehr gut mit dem Zug fahren."

On my last day, I raised my concerns calmly, but the management responded in a very unprofessional way, including disrespectful comments. The situation became very stressful. "This is my favorite hotel in Italy. It has a charming old-fashioned style combined with a very high standard. My room even had two bathrooms and a jacuzzi, which made the stay extra comfortable. The swimming pool and restaurant are lovely, and there is a cozy bar where you can enjoy cocktails in the evening. The staff is fantastic and always very welcoming. "Die Klimaanlage hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Fenster sind einfach veglast und nicht richtig isoliert. Auch die Zimmertür ist nicht dicht. Wir konnten kaum schlafen, weil wir den Straßenlärm oder andere Gäste im Flur oder auch in deren Zimmern gehört haben. Das Frühstück ist leider sehr klein ausgefallen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht."
