"The space itself is lovely and very comfortable to be in but the ground floor entry is dirty and not at all welcoming. We had a little trouble operating the elevator at first but we’re relieved not to have to take the stairs. Cleaning and reception staff were very helpful and accommodating."

Please keep in mind that there is no lift, and accessing rooms requires taking 2 sets of stairs. Andrea was helpful with our luggage when we arrived, but he was not there when we departed so we had to take luggage down ourselves. "This is a b&b, no clear access to property, walk up 3-4 flights of stairs to business card over bell, waited 20 minutes in scary stairwell for host. Went to get something to eat and on return the first key is street entry, second key is apartment entry and the third key is the one that didn’t work for entry to the room. Waited 20 min"

"Great staff. Large rooms are available for families (thus was our case). Three bathrooms were available, one kitchen and one fridge. There are regular evening activities through the week. People meet around the dining table and discuss. (You can stay in your room as well if you wish). In any case, we enjoyed very much that communal spirit. Highly recommend."

"The host was a very nice man, incredibly welcoming and helpful. You get this sense that you're well taken care of. Definitely deserves 5stars. If you are a light sleeper you should be travelling with earplugs; motorbikes in the night could get a little noisy. I'm sure that's an issue everywhere if you are closer to a roadway."
