"The breakfast, pool, elevators and beds and bathrooms were lovely. Only things to complain about/ worn others is there drain cap was loose and the Wifi was TERRIBLE which was frustrating as it constantly drained my data. The tv dosent have many channels but it wasent a huge issue for us. The staff were easy and helpful however as we were leaving we were told we had to pay for breakfast despite doing it before hand which was an inconvenience."

"Personnel est très agréable et aidant. Le lobby est neuf et très bien. Les chambres sont très propres mais le mobilier a besoin d’un peu de rajeunissement. Mais pour une nuit avant un vol, l’hôtel est parfait."

Nach dem Betreten des Zimmers musste ich leider feststellen, dass sich dort Kakerlaken und andere Insekten befanden, die ich fotografiert habe. Das war sehr unangenehm. "Did not get to use the pool or amenities because we were very jet Lagged from our Dallas flight and only there for 2 nights but loved the hotel, ambience, the room itself was great and clean, well laid out. We got a corner room with breathtaking views of the city and hills in the horizon. Breakfast was exactly what we wanted all the staff were very courteous and helpful would love to stay here again if we come back. The pool looked promising and inviting hopefully next time"

"Hébergement bien situé à proximité de la cité des arts et des sciences et annexé au centre d’achat. Chambre propre mais cependant, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas complètement et givrée donc on voit à travers. Mais le plus gros point négatif, air climatisé qui arrête de fonctionner la nuit donc on se réveille tout en sueur avec une température de 28 degrés dans la chambre. Donc, s’il fait chaud à l’extérieur, ce n’est pas agréable. Pour le reste, bel établissement."

"The room was basic but that was reflected in the price. The room had some damp in it and smelt damp. The shower was also mouldy. I personally wouldn't stay again, I think I'd pay extra for something cleaner."

"We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. "Very disappointed at the maintenance of the hotel. We paid around 275Eur for a 1-night stay. The bathroom was really poorly maintained; the shower was a handheld shower that was really hard to turn on as it was soooo old and had floppy controls, the taps were detached from the wall and would move a lot every time you use them so much so that we thought they would fall off.
