"We booked the Duomo Suite, which is on the main level, and has a private patio area. The suite is spacious, quiet, with a large, white bathroom, two TVs and a sofa. They restock the fridge with complimentary soft drinks daily. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options, although they did not have salads; we got complimentary cappuccinos and espressos by request too. Hotel location was very central, within walking distance of all downtown attractions - La Scala, Duomo, Castello...

"The staff were so helpful and attentive. We were able to get into our room a little earlier which was great as we wanted to eat and get a rest before attending the opera. The room was very comfortable and I had the best nights sleep in a while. Our continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. Staff were thinking ahead to when we were leaving Milan to travel to Rome in case the Winter Olympics was an issue for us. Room was clean, bed very comfortable and the slippers were really welcome...

"stay here with one toddler and one child. perfect location for family with kids. love the hotel, love the room.Breakfast is so delicious. the sweet ricotta croissant and pain au chocolate. The staff, probably the best that we've seen.They help us from eye patch to Inter Milan ticket. All is perfect. we definitely will go back here if we travel to Milan again."

"Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay.
