"El hotel es más para las personas que van a trabajar al puerto, a los taxis no les gusta subir hasta este hotel porque es el último de la zona hotelera, en la aplicación didi tampoco toman tu viaje por la distancia, la ventaja es que si vas a las playas Bacalar y Tecolote están a 10 minutos, el restaurante cierra muy temprano, así que para cenar hay que bajar al malecón y pues el transporte se vuelve un problema, recomiendo rentar auto "

"Hotel espectacular, excelente servicio de todo el Personal incluyendo el dueño. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, vista y acceso directo al mar. Hotel nuevo (tiene apenas 3 semanas de apertura) y cuenta con un excelente y riquísimo restaurante donde puedes desde el desayuno, la comida y cena sin tener que salir de ahí."

"The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious, especially the pasole. The pool was great and the rooftop terrace gives you a great view of the bay. Overall I was very happy with my stay. "
