"Great hotel, staff super friendly, the rooms are huge and clean. The only downside is the noise coming from outside in the wee hours of the morning - fire trucks, police cars, hot rods, motorcycles. You hear them all - not sure why it happens in this location but it does. The hotel left us ear plugs on the nightstand and I now understand why they do that. But if the noise wasn't an issue, I would be coming back for sure."

"We were looking forward to rest and relax by the rooftop pool the second day of our stay, but there was a huge party that afternoon. (The hotel lets non-hotel guests use their pool. Had we known this, we would have stayed elsewhere.) They started setting up for the event in the morning and it was loud. We could hear it from our room. Definitely not the vibe we were hoping for. There wasn’t a coffee maker in our hotel room. It took over 30 minutes to get seated and order a coffee from the cafe...

"Awesome Hotel for kids. Amazing staff. Excellent amenities. Amazing location. I cannot say enough good things about this great hotel with amazing staff. Incredibly well maintained for the age of the building. If you're looking for a modern, unfriendly hotel where you are just a number then this is not it!! "This place was very clean and well maintained, spotless in fact, but the only "amenities" are vending machines with drinks and ice. It is more of a very clean and nice motel, not a hotel or inn. Perfect if you want to stay in that area. The immediate neighborthood around the Dunes is not exciting, but there are good bars and restaurants not too far. The employees and operations manager are very nice, flexible and accommodating, and I would certainly stay there again with the above in mind."

"We called ahead of time before we made the reservation to make sure our vehicle would fit in the underground parking. They assured us it would. When we got there, our vehicle was too big and the staff was very unhelpful in helping us find a new location for our van. Other than that, the rooms were clean, and the pool area was great."
