"There is no staff on-site. Check-in and property access is via text and a code box. The code did not work for me, even with multiple attempts and variations. Once in the room, a key fob will let you get into the building with no problem. This property is a maze of short corridors and fire doors. There are elevators, but you won't know where it will take you. I walked a looong way to find my room. The stairwells are unfinished concrete. Some exits will take you through what looks like a concrete...

"The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and was very well-appointed (dishes, glassware, blankets, etc.). The location was great, and the view from the balcony was amazing. We highly recommend staying here, and we’d consider staying here again when we go back to Raleigh."

"The kitchen was fine and yes there are plenty of stores in the area. The big problem with the stay is that the listing shows another room with a couch in it that did not exist therefore we needed to go buy an air bed for one person to sleep on."

I've heard of so many different nightmare stays with Premier hosts, so I was a bit Leary. She was wonderful and very attentive. The Cottage itself is so cozy and inviting.
