"Great staff and great rooms"

"It’s a little more similar to a hostel than a tiny room, although you do get visual privacy (although you can hear a pin drop in the hallway/other room). I never had the issue of having to wait to shower/use the bathroom, and they’re all in private stalls so its not like you’re out in the open like a gym or locker room. For what it is, it gets the job done, and it’s in a really swanky area so I like being able to walk at night."

"Fully satisfied with this hotel. Room is large by Manhattan standards with two separate beds, plenty of floor space and a full bathroom (full shower tub and sink/counter area). Location is great, the A/C/E subway is literally right outside the front door, and not right in the middle of too much action so it's actually pretty quiet at night. Canal Street is right there for food and amenities anytime. The front desk was helpful and they stowed our bags after we checked out since our flight didn't leave until later."
