Friendly desk staff, and immaculately clean room. We stayed in the lodge/motel. It was so cozy and looked out on a beautiful redwood grove. The pub had great food and a kind staff as well. This was the first stop on our honeymoon and it was awesome!

We loved this place! It’s so rustic but very cozy, cute & clean with such peaceful surroundings & the nicest people! We were a little concerned with not having A/C in July, but the fan sucked in the cool night air & it was perfect! We definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent location and beautiful property. We enjoyed the river access and hanging by the fire pit at the pub. The room accommodated our family nicely with three beds. A very nice stay.

My kids and I loved it. It was the perfect combination of cabin and hotel room. We took an amazing walk down to the creek. I wish we would’ve been able to stay another night.

Beautiful spot within incredible scenery. Stayed 1 night whilst on a 10 night road trip and our favourite place of the trip. Very spacious lodge and particularly nice to be able to walk down to the stunning river for a swim.

★★★★★ An absolute slice of old-school redwood magic We had an incredible stay at Redwoods River Resort—everything about it was simply amazing. The location is completely unbeatable, offering that classic, old-school campground vibe nestled right in the heart of the majestic redwoods. We stayed in one of the lodge rooms, and it was super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The staff across the board were wonderful and went out of their way to be great hosts. A major highlight of the trip was the on-site pub. It's easily the best feature of the resort, with delicious food and an incredible atmosphere. Even better, the pub staff were exceptionally accommodating with dietary preferences, easily navigating both gluten-free and vegetarian options. If you're looking for the ultimate authentic redwood getaway with fantastic amenities and great food, this is the place. We can't wait to come back!

Loved the restaurant on site & the access to the river. Note that there is a decent hike down to the river, but definitely worthwhile. Also loved the privacy we had on the patio of our unit & the firepit.

Our stay was short but our experience with staff was excellent. They were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. The room we stayed in had a lot of character and was clean and comfortable. We would have liked to stay longer to check out the bar and relax on our attached deck but our schedule didn’t allow that. We’d stay again if we’re in the area.

The check in process was awesome. The lady at the counter let us know about the access to a stream, chatted us about local fun things to do, and even helped us to know what to do at our next stop on our road trip. The pub was clean, had good food (try the giant pretzel with beer cheese!), and the bartender was extremely attentive. There are a lot of outdoor games as well. If you're not use to mosquitos-PREPARE! There are some mosquitos, especially in the evening.

This place was amazing. The location was wonderful. The cabin was clean and comfy. Keep in mind you are staying in the woods so this is a cabin not a high end hotel. With that said it has everything you need the only thing I would renewed or add its kitchen utensils and pots. We enjoy our stay and we will be back.

It wasn’t the most modern decorated place. But for being a rustic cabin with unique decor, it was surprisingly clean and cared for. I appreciated that. No air conditioning tho. At least my kids and I couldn’t figure it out. But they had several chairs for the fire, and just enough kitchen supplies to help us get by. The bedding felt fresh and clean and was so great when we were exhausted at night. The nearby river was one of our favorite places about staying here. Warm and gorgeous.

This was our second stay at RRR and we love the place more every time. It is quiet and peaceful, but child and family-friendly. The walk down to the river was pretty steep and strenuous for us old folks, but no problem for children. There is so much to do in the area including great food and fun activities. We will stay here again!
