"Rooms are EXTREMELY small for the high price. No closets. A rod with hangers is next to the window. Two small clothes drawers are hidden as part of the foot of the bed and are impossible to locate without management telling me they existed. The lack of these basic amenities and the very tiny room make this hotel a poor choice for its high price point. Other guests would randomly complain about the room size to me during my stay. "We really enjoyed our stay, albeit brief, at the Ludlow. From the uniquely curated design in the lobby and rooms, to the excellent customer service, to the delicious Dirty French restaurant cuisine, we were pleasantly pleased. A one off I need to mention, was the in room breakfast-it was served luke warm, taste was sub-par, Was told to call the front desk for a glass Of water-not what we experienced during dinner at the Dirty French. We will definitely revisit the Ludlow again-keep it up! ...

"The hotel was in a fantastic location, close to great areas and multiple subway stops. Check in and out was seamless. The room was very small, perhaps a little tight for two people but manageable with a comfortable bed and cute little shower. It was loud at night due to being directly on bowery, which is the only issue - but if you have earplugs and tire yourself out, it shouldn’t be an issue."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Meechant LES! The room was lovely and a good size for NYC hotels. The amenities were very nice with in room refrigerator and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom was giant and had excellent water pressure. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was fantastic and convenient to so much. And the icing on the cake was the rooftop bar with views to die for!! Can’t wait to come stay there again!"

"A/C did not work for the last two days, it was very hot!! I booked adjoining rooms for me and my kids and did not receive them, had to take two rooms that were close but not adjoining which was a problem with a 9 and 5 year old, phones not working, cleaning was basically just doing the beds."
