"The room was very clean, neat and fresh as soon as I entered. The bed was very comfortable. I love the motion lights in the bathroom, they come on automatically as you walk in. I had the option of watching the television from the sofa or the bed. They also have an outside area where you can sit outside and also BBQ on the provided grills. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast. It is not too noisy. I have no complaints. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future. Sooner than later."

"No complaints other than not being able to check in until the exact check-in time. I couldn’t even get a room 10 minutes early. I called prior to see if there was early check in available. I got there about an hour early and the room wasn’t ready. We took the kids to the beach to wait and I would check back every 15 or 20 minutes. At one point I stood in line wet from the beach for about 10 minutes because there was only one person at the desk only to be told it still wasn’t ready. I saw several other people getting keys so I don’t know what the problem was."

"Stephanie and Jimena at the front desk were particularly very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the shower. In the mornings the water temperature was only tepid probably because everyone else used all the hot water. But I did have hot water on the weekend. Also very low water pressure which was disappointing"

"We booked this stay last minute on our way to FL. The room looked very outdated. There was a book & trash left under the futon. The bathroom door had white stains on it that I wiped off with a towel. Shower pressure was low. We stayed just to get a few hours of needed sleep. Located near an outlet mall & right off the interstate. We probably would not stay here again."

"The hotel is in Franklin,La. It’s a small town with not much traffic. The hotel is aged but very well maintained. The staff was terrific and the room was well worth our $81 for the night. About the only complaint would be, the morning breakfast was decent considering it was free. Room was very clean and AC was very cold.Would stay there again!!!"

"The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all requests such as restocking breakfast area, providing extra towels, etc. The weekends can be busy (a family reunion was on town when I visited), and the staff (Andee, Alice, and Ethel) were always kind and professional."
