"As many reviews have stated, this property is undergoing a much needed renovation. The renovated parts and the lazy river area were great, our unrenovated room and the complex we were in were not. Definitely not worth the cost if you are in the old parts of the resort."

Clean property, did not eat breakfast as it is not complementary, no on-site lunch or dinner options, Starbucks on-site is not staffed and the front desk associates are expected to prepare orders and figure out how to make them upon request, nice pool and hot tub, quiet stay, mattresses need upgrading, we had less than half a roll of toilet paper for three...

"Room had way too many gnats and other bugs crawling around, the floor was so dirty my slippers were black on the bottom. All of those touch screen and keypads looks like they were never clean. Parking is atrocious and too expensive $15 a day and you have to use Parkade. If nothing is available the only other parking is street parking which fills up fast! "

"I cannot believe this is an Embassy Suites, let alone an Embassy Suites in the Biltmore! Check in staff was obnoxious, even though we prepaid the hotel in full. The rooms are so dated there are permanent stains in the porcelain. Pool is a pathetic little rectangle. Their guest reception was so understaffed, we were only able to get one drink instead of two. Absolutely the only positive is the location, and owners have zero pride. "
