"Clean roomThey put us pool side when I didn’t want pool side and it was very loud and hard to get to my autistic toddler asleep and for the adults to sleep too I asked for a city view room and they said they didn’t have any and couldn’t switch me if they did They had people on that side so I know it was a lie. I always stay here and was very disappointed with the front desk when I checked in "
"Overall, the hotel was great! All of the common qreas and our room were very clean. The staff was friendly and available to guests to meet their needs. Breakfast service was very busy and everything was empty. No real system to fill in items quickly. The pool area waa not clean. I never saw a staff member cleaning or freshening up the area. Pool towels were out most of the evening."
"Great place to stay for a family vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The heated pool was great. The balconies are small but the gave some amazing views. Breakfast had a decent selection with rotating proteins. "
"Great location and even better, smily staff. Small indoor waterpark, but sufficient for kids to have fun. Think of Great Wolf Lodge on a smaller scale. They have all that kids would like.
Few outside seating benches with tables would be a great addition, just so we could have a snack or sit outside.
