Lodge was great but pictures and description did not say some views in the trees and no view to mountain. Kinda disappointed booked beginning of year was stuck on bottom floor and tree view. But lodge was great would lovevto come back.

Well located. Comfortable, spacious and with a good atmosphere. It was advertised as having a partial mountain view, but I have to say that in the summer it was a complete 0. Maybe a small minus, but it was still a good choice.

Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

First of all, check in wasnt bad. Location is good. We got a 2 bedroom that was supposed to have a good view but most of the view was construction. We were hardly there as we were up first thing in the morning and out the door. There were a couple nights we stayed in and wanted to hangout on the couch and watch tv but the couch was horribly uncomfortable. The kitchen is stocked very nicely so thats a plus. It also has bug traps with dead roaches as a bonus. We didnt see that until we were leaving or else we wouldnt have finished our stay. You can hear every move the person above you makes. There is ZERO privacy in the master bathroom. There is a door to the toilet but as for the shower and the tub, youre exposed. The other bathroom didnt even have a shower curtain, it was just open. The sheets were ok i guess but the comforter sucked. It was rough and just not comfortable.

Everything was awesome.. besides as soon as we got there and was puttin stuff away and karen came from downstairs and said coukd we be quiet so just fyi everything is fantastic just apoarently noises are easy to hear

Perfect stay

The Lodges is currently a small complex that has solitude and opportunity for getting away from the hustle and bustle of a tourist attraction town, CURRENTLY. They are doing construction to add over 100 more units, so it may not stay this way for too many more years.

Vacation at "The Lodges"

We loved our unit. It was a one-bedroom with a kitchen, bathroom, balcony and living room. It was very close to all attractions. Right down the road from "The Island". It also had a washer, dryer, dishwasher, iron, and ironing board. We had a problem one day with the air conditioning, but someone came right away and fixed it.

Positives first, the room was a nice size, clean, and had a nice balcony with a view in a convenient location. Negatives, the room is in need of maintenance repairs. Within the first hour we noticed our shower door was broken and reported it to the after hours urgent number at 6pm, which nobody answered and we left a message. I also left a message at the front desk. The front desk did call me back the next morning at 9am, but then didn’t get back in touch with me or do anything to fix the issue. The front desk is only open 9-5, but the after hours folks didn’t answer, so good thing it wasn’t a real emergency other than the floor got wet when we showered. The shower head was also stuck to a high power mode so that you had to protect sensitive areas. The dryer didn’t dry the wet towels we had to dry up the floor with even after 3cycles. The bed was uncomfortable and small and felt like we were sleeping on a blow up mattress. The pics on Expedia were misleading, we thought we were getting a king bed not a queen or full. And we thought we would have a tub but nope, just the broken shower. Housekeeping didn’t leave any filters for the coffee, which was also super inconvenient. Small things would’ve made a big difference! We won’t be back. The area around the property is under construction so watch for big dips/humps in the road.
