Stayed here last year also whilst visiting the area. Perfect location for getting around, shops and restaurants that you can walk too, great for a stroll at night. Staff on reception very friendly. Rooms absolutely spotless loads of space. Love love love! Will be back again next year to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Plenty parking too.

Excellent hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay, highly recommended.

Large rooms .tops breakfast

This one year old hotel is very convenient for the Town and Dollywood, so long as you have a car. The facilities are superb, ie pool, bar with pool tables, virtual golf, etc. Spotless and generous rooms, lots of free parking. Astounding views!!

I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do

I absolutely loved my stay here! The location was perfect for me, with an easy walk to The Island and all of its shops, restaurants, and attractions. It was also just a short drive to Dollywood, which was a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. Great welcome, excellent room, we had suite with 2 queen beds worth the extra cost for the extra room when staying a few nights. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice, definitly reccomend and will hope to stay here again if we return to Pigeon Forge, great location far enoughh away to be quiet but still only couple of minutes drive to main street attractions
