"Room was lovely - great size, nice decor and a balcony overlooking the main plaza (the longest in France!). Spotlessly clean and staff that were very helpful and on hand. Only disappointment was that the breakfast was served across int he Best Western hotel due to the Hotel Bristol Reims kitchen refit, but it was a fabulous breakfast so worth the 30m walk out from the hotel!"

"Chambre très propre comme à chacun de mes arrêts dans cet hotel.
Personnel adorable, agréable et très sympathique.
Une couverture bien épaisse est à disposition dans la chambre en cas de besoin, en plus de la couette.
Serviettes de toilettes, shampooing et gel douche sont également prêts dans la salle de bain à chaque fois.
Les volets sont des volets roulants manuel extérieur et non des stores en tissu intérieur comme il peut y avoir dans d'autres hôtels. Ils empêchent le froid de passer en...
