"The front desk staff was absolutely wonderful and treated my dog like royalty. I brought him as a pet because he is my wife’s registered service dog, yet he has never been treated that well! I reserved the economy room, which was just fine for one night. The only issue I encountered was the steam heater in the bathroom was on when I checked in and it took it a very long time to cool down. "It's a perfectly nice small hotel with a good restaurant & wonderful breakfast. Large comfortable, well-equipped room and bathroom. What slightly let it down for me was that it doesn't quite have all the amenities listed - or it's complicated! The website says bike hire on site but actually they do not have bikes on site - you'd have to book via a different company who deliver the bikes etc... not straight-forward. More geared towards serious cyclists with their own bike. But that wasn't...
