"Pros: kids loved the Texas shaped waffles. The beds had clean linens and were comfortable. Parking was good. The lady at evening check in was exceptionally nice and helpful. Cons: the closet door was missing and the toilet looked decades old (the lid was scuffed and had black marks). The curtains had stains and marks on them. There was hair and dust bunnies in the corners of the main room and bathroom, and dust on most surfaces (housekeeping needs to step it up in a big way). The guy at the front desk for check out was not very friendly, acted like it was a chore to interact with guests. It fit my needs traveling with a pet but it needs work compared to other LA Quintas we've stayed in."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated with several places to set and unwind including the rooftop lounge. We enjoyed the daily Kick Back, dinner and breakfast. The hotel is close to several places to shop including outlet malls. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again."
