"This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect! Parking-easy. Hotel was beautiful and our king suite was wonderful to come back from walking the city to relax. The rooftop had spectacular views and the staff was friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!!"

"This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The property condition is dated and not aligned with the photos. The towels had visible stains on them. The coffee maker has and old and used pod in it. The bathtub was clogged then my room wasn’t cleaned on a two night stay. I’d highly recommend any travels to avoid this property at all cost.
Then to charge a destination fee of $25 per day but run out of food choices a breakfast is incredibly. Id describe this as a historic...

"Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was extremely fast. Room was clean and everything was in good condition. Breakfast was great! The only tiny thing I could complain about was the beds being full-size instead of queen-size, but I knew that going in - it just would have been a better night’s sleep with that extra bed space!"

"It’s okay for one, maybe two nights. Breakfast is not included. You can’t book a room directly at the hotel, you have to use apps. The staff isn’t very friendly, just okay.. I’m local, so the location wasn’t important for me but it’s great if you’re visiting Chicago. Room is small and pretty old but as I said before it’s ok for one -two nights.Overall, everything was fine but I would recommend finding a better option."
